Site Visit and Consultation

STEP 1

The first step of the design process is meeting in your space to assess the needs and goals for your design. Receive expert guidance and personalized recommendations from an experienced designer to kickstart your project. During this consultation measurements of your space will be taken so that I can create a floor plan for you.

Concept Design

STEP 2

The second step of the design process is a schematic concept presentation. This presentation includes color palettes and 3D color drawings to help the client visualize the possibilities for this space. Through this presentation you will be able to envision the finished design.

Final Design

STEP 3

Once the design concept has been approved we move onto the final design. This presentation will include product samples for you to see and feel, elevation drawings, scaled detail floor plans, final product palettes, and the specs for each item needed to create your design.

CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS

STEP 4

Now that your design is complete we move onto drawings that are ready to hand to your contractor to begin the build. Detailed and dimensioned floor plans, elevations, lighting plans and paint schedules.

CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT

STEP 5

As you are building, you will have the option to add on support for construction. This includes walk throughs, meet ups with your contractor, updates to drawings, and client communication through all aspects of the build.

INSTALLATION

STEP 6

Now that your build or renovation is complete it is time to install all of your furniture and accessories. You have the option to have designer assistance for perfect placement to achieve the overall original concept goal.
